Arvind Dwivedi joined Reliance communication 5 years ago as a Head of Service Delivery with responsibilities for SDP planning and engineering, having an experience of 16 years. At Reliance he is responsible for ensuring the development of new platforms and for the integration of new services, ensuring customer problem resolution, and for providing operational problem resolution. Under his guidance Reliance has grown considerably in the VAS domain and integration with international operators.

Bernd Reul is Director of Strategy and Business Development at TDC Mobile Nordic responsible for new (converged) products including service delivery platforms and partner management. Before joining TDC, Bernd spent more than 8 years with Scientific-Atlanta, a Cisco Company, where he held various director level positions within EMEA Business Development, Strategic Marketing and Product Management, focusing on end-to-end service delivery platforms for broadband triple-play operators.

Dave is the Director for 21CN Voice and Multimedia Services Platform at BT. He has been working at BT for 3 years leading programs for service innovation on 21CN. Previously he worked at Qwest and USWest as the Vice President for IT delivering systems for Network Operations, Lead to Cash, and 271 Compliance. Dave Started his career at Bell Laboratories and worked a number of years in Data and Voice Switching development.

Gabriel is responsible for service capability and delivery, service development and management at Romtelecom, the incumbent Romanian operator. He is in charge of defining strategies for service creation and design, assessing service performance, service lifecycle and anticipating future service demand. The Service Development and Management department undertakes rollout and testing of the service type, capacity management and costing of the service type. Gabriel has been at Romtelecom since 1997.

Jon Sung is the Principal Architect at the Global Solutions Laboratory (GSL) of SK Telecom Americas based in the Silicon Valley. The GSL is developing next generation convergent services for the global market. He has domain knowledge in wireless technologies including network signalling, service delivery platform, mobile device management, and mobile messaging services. Previously, he was Launch Director and Solution Architect at InnoPath Software, and Sr. Product Manager at SS8 Networks, and Engineering Manager at Shinsegi Telecom, responsible for mobile device management, value added services platform, and CDMA Network engineering.

Lucia Gradinariu is a Senior Advisor for Industry Programs at CA, responsible for architecture, standardization and technical strategy in the areas of Service Management and Service Delivery Platforms for Service Providers. Her technical contributions are in the domains of Internet real-time communications, operation of large scale Internet services, architecture and implementations of Service Delivery Platforms, management of next generation of services. Her business development experience is in selecting technology partners, M&As and competitive strategies for IT and Telecom markets. Mrs. Gradinariu is an active technical member of Service Delivery Framework and Service Quality Management programs in TeleManagement Forum and SOA for Telecom members section in OASIS.

luisFernando Luis Fernando Almansa Delgado, Senior Project Manager, Telefonica, Spain

Luis joined Telefonica in 1999 after working as a consultant at Airtel. He was first involved in the Movilforum initiative, a community world for partners and company services for new development. He then moved to the service delivery sphere and worked on the creation of a third party environment for the development of services. For the past five years he has been the project manager of the SDP platform Access Framework and has been in charge of a multidisciplinary group involving the evaluation and collaboration of various vendors.

marioBonnet Mario Bonnet, Innovation Project Manager, Telecom Italia, Italy

Mario is currently leading Telecom Italia's innovation and engineering project related to the evolution of the Service Layer Architecture for fixed and mobile networks, with particular focus on the IMS service layer, on integration between content delivery, IPTV services and IMS and on SOA adoption in the telco environment. He focuses on enabling the exposure of 2G and IMS telco capabilities towards third party service providers.

Mario is currently Head of Corporate Program Management and oversees the Service Creation Division at Globe Telecom, Philippines. Mario is responsible for all product development, Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise-wide Projects Prioritization. His work focuses on project management competency initiatives at Globe.

Nuno works in the area of convergent service delivery platforms at PT Inovação, addressing both next generation and legacy serviceplatforms. He is responsible for the development of the SIP/IMS Applictaion Server product line (ip-Jib). He is the PT Inovaçãorepresentative at 3GPP TSG SA Technical Body (Services and Services Aspects) and is an expert in Next Generation Service Delivery Platforms and Next Generation OSS/BSS (NGOOS).

Patricia Lopes Patricia Lopes, Vice President, Service Transformation, Alcatel-Lucent

Patricia Lopes brings nearly 20 years of IT and telecom industry experience to her current role as Program Leader for Services Transformation at Alcatel-Lucent. In this role, Ms. Lopes helps customers accelerate the creation, blending, and launch of new applications and share common enablers, such as network and management resources. She holds a Masters degree in Management of Technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Sloan School of Business.

Shane Logan is the Director, Services Architecture, a position within the TELUS CTO Office. Shane is responsible for defining the architecture strategy and roadmap that will support the TELUS plans to launch innovative and future friendly services. Shane brings over 11 years of Telecoms Value Added Service experience, with significant breadth and depth of experience in Europe and Asia, leading markets driven by open innovation and rapid service deployment. Shane also brings significant carrier and vendor relationships in rolling out innovative services around the globe.

walterMaurer Walter Maurer, Head of Network Service Platforms, mobilkom, Austria

Walter Maurer joined mobilkom austria in 2001 where he was responsible for strategic projects such as Mobile Number Portability, IMS and Next Generation Intelligent Network. Since June 2007, as Head of Network Service Platforms he is responsible for the NGIN Competence Centre within mobilkom austria group. There he is driving and supporting projects for innovative services to be delivered throughout the group.
